Injector problem?

My car with a Go Street 400 unit was idling well when the engine suddenly died. Checked the throttle body and it appears that only one injector is working. Does this mean I have to replace the injectors or could there be another reason for this. There are no vacuum leaks and good voltage at all places there should be. Car had been running faultlessly up until now.

Would be odd for 3 others to go out at the same time, did it have any other running issues before?   I had 1 injector go bad, my truck would idle all day long but acted like it had a flat cam (would not rev up and fell on it's face).  I BELIEVE all the injectors are told to fire by the same driver at the same time, so if one is firing, the signal should be good, so it would point to bad injectors or plugged fuel passages.

I removed the “stuck” injector, cleaned it, re-installed it and engine was back to running good. I have so many filters in my fuel supply system that I do not think dirt was a problem, just removing the injector and putting it back cured the problem. I have a new injector on the way to replace the suspect one.
