Installation of the new 30003 400hp Go Street ECU

I have been experiencing on going heat related issues with my 30003 Throttle Body over the past couple of years which came to a head recently when the EFI system failed to function. FiTech Support identified the ECU would require replacement. I ordered the replacement ECU which arrived today (hurray!). As noted in another posting, the part appears the same as the current one except there is an external fuse/relay box. There is an additional envelope of parts and limited instructions.

Has anyone installed this upgraded ECU? Are there any installation instructions floating around?

FiTech also mentions the Hand Held unit software also needs to be updated.

Any insight to the installation process would be appreciated.

There is a video on youtube that will help.It is for a different model, but it is the same in regards to instructions. I have done one with the new ECU and it was easy if you are a hands on type of guy. Keep in mind you will also need the new harness that goes with the new ECU with the eternal relay/fusebox. The re-programing of the handheld will require a computer to load the new files onto the handheld. You will need fitech support to send you the files and instructions on how to update the handheld.  Otherwise send the unit and handheld to fitech for them to do it.
