Or just replace the CTS sensor with a Delco sensor

"Getting desperate, I turned the idle screw inward a bunch to open the airway and it started! It idled about 3,000 RPM (ran logging) for about 20 seconds until it died. So experimenting I backed out the idle screw 1/4 turn, it started idled at ~2000 (ran logging) until it died ~20 secs. Backed out the idle screw another 1/4 turn it started, idled at 1500 (ran logging) until it died. Backed out again 1/8 turn, no start; backed out 1/8 turn, no start. Attached are a few pics and data logs."
