Just bought a Jeep with FItech

I just bought a 1987 Grand Wagoneer with a Fi Tech system installed. It is a joy to drive and operate. Unfortunately, it came with no books, papers, set up information or any kind of manuals for the system. It works great but I would like to find something to read or at least a reference book to understand what I have and what potential issue to look for.
Can I buy a book or a manual. How do I identify what I have? How do I operate or even do with the nice digital screen tucked under my dash? I am scared to touch any of the buttons!
