Lost Vacuum Boost after Gasket Replacement

Running an Ultimate LS 500 system on a 6L LS in a swapped Cutlass. Recently replaced my manifold gaskets. The new seals I mproved everything about the performance - except I seem to have lost brake boost. My pedal goes almost to the floor and can only manage gradual stops (won’t lock up at all). After mkt discs front and rear. Brakes were great before and the gaskets were the only change I made aside from some tuning after the fact that I can see as related. My ECU is performing and learning as it goes as it should - just weak brakes. And ideas?

(Unrelated I’m sure, but just in case it matters sonehow- I had the power steering hoses replaced a week or so prior and the steering is a tad stiff and has a bit of a whine now - I plan on flushing and replacing fluid)

thanks

I would start by disconnecting the vacuum hose from the booster and measuring vacuum.
