Loud popping at idle

I have never seen plugs more encrusted with carbon than what I pulled from this engine.  I shudder to think what those beautiful aluminum heads must look like inside. This led me to spray water down the intake to decarbonize the combustion chambers and then reinstall the default calibration with Cam #2.

What does your data say.  I would almost bet it shows a lot of fuel being added creating a rich condition.  That would mean the O2 sensor is getting fresh air, so it thinks the exhaust is lean,

Here is a log after new plugs and tuned for 14.7.

The main driveability issue is at very light throttle. Off idle it accelerates normally until around 2000 at which point it flattens out. With slightly more throttle pressure it doesn't do this. If I use just enough throttle in second gear to reach 3000 and hold it there it's very uneven.

Forget driveability!!!!  You are fouling plugs......

Fix the fouling issue first, then try to drive.
