Low RPM erratic miss

I have a 72 F100 with a 351w and the 600 kit. Been running fine for 5yrs and now i am getting a low slight throttle miss once engine is warm. I verified fuel pressure, replace plug wires, rotor, and coil. If you run it hard no miss. Engine cold seems to be fine. Can this be a O2 sensor issue since it is happening after warm?

Save cal from ECU, then run ECU programmer. Reload your cal.

Not sure what you mean by run ecu programmer?
