My bucket list build

After a structure fire 10 years ago in which I lost my shop and 30 years of tools, not to mention 3 1965 Mustangs. I had the trio. Coupe, fastback, and convertible. I rebuilt my shop and found a 65 coupe. I started with a MII IFS build, Triangulated rear with coil overs, holding a 31 spline ford explorer 8.8. I shortened the drivers side 3 inches to match the passenger side and narrow it to fit the body. While replacing floor pan sides and rear transition pan, I altered the frame rails and made tubs. Built a 4r70w to hold power and have a quick shift 4 controller. Found a 1972 351 w block. The old ones had higher nickel content and wider block webbing. Bored 30 over and installed an eagle 408 forged stroker kit. Had it internal balanced.  ARP 2000 studs throughout. Lunati 292/280, .565/.565 lift, 114 degrees separation. Stainless turbo headers with t35 turbochargers and 2 to 1 intercooler. MSD AL6 2. MSD 2 wire dist. locked out and a blaster coil. I know these are small turbo's but I only want 7 to 10 lbs boost to keep this engine living. lol.  Bought a 30012, 1200 hp Fitech. Only issue is I cannot get this beast to start up. Primes up, then gives an exhaust bang then nothing. Timing locked out at 10 degrees with a light while cranking. Even put a phaser rotor on and advanced it 10 degrees, then set back to 10 on motor. Once I get this thing going I am looking for 10s in the quarter or better.
