Seems like I'm getting a lot more 105 errors I may need to look at.

Quote from bdhulderman on September 27, 2018, 11:02 pmOk, it's been a little while since I've posted and wanted to share what I've learned in that time. I had my handheld controller quit saving log files to view on my PC, so I called Fitech, and they gave me the original software that I reinstalled on the controller and ECU. Fortunately, I had saved my info before this problem happened, so I was able to load the cal to the ECU after installing the original software. It idled great again, and I was able to store my log files once again.
Another thing I did was richen my idle just a tad more, since it was burning my eyes. I had set the idle AFR after several weeks to keep my plugs from fouling, which required a setting of 16.4 at idle with my radical high overlap camshaft, but I noticed that my eyes were burning a little after idling for several minutes, so I richened it up from 16.4 to 16.3 and it didn't do that anymore. Tomorrow I'll look at the plugs just to make sure they are not too black, but I think I've got it right where I need it now at idle.

Quote from bdhulderman on September 29, 2018, 8:26 pmWow, this is interesting! I finally figured out why the handheld wasn't saving my log files. It turns out, if you delete all the .csv files in the DashBoard directory, without deleting the DashBoard directory, it doesn't know where to put the log files. I had it happen again and then deleted the DashBoard directory, and it created the DashBoard directory and put in the csv log file in there. So, the moral of the story is, if you need to clear out the DashBoard directory log files, also delete the DashBoard directory. 😀

I wish I had read this about 3 weeks ago.... I had to figure it out myself. Fitech couldnt figure it out either, so I had to put on my thinking cap...

Quote from bdhulderman on November 8, 2018, 8:39 pmNow that I've replaced my IAC stepper motor, along with the temp sensor, TPS, and put back in my resistor plugs, it's running really good!

I wound it up a little and it was very strong. I think I'm now ready to take it for another ride. This motor seems to like 40ish IAC steps for some reason, but I'm not going to mess with it if it works. 😀
