Thanks. I had a Silver 83 Z28 in High School. Had a Ford 3/4 ton hit me head on and damn near killed me. Fortunately ok except I now have an extreme case of "Gearhead".
Found this car a couple years ago and had to buy. Now has a roller 305, yes a 305. Scat Crank and rods. Hypereutectic piston. 10:1 compression. Trick Flow heads, Comp 268 xfi cam and Fitech 600 PA. Want to add 200 shot later.
Still tuning and tidying up details. Hoping for high 12s on motor and 11s with spray. But most important, drive everyday. Right now my daily is a 67 c10 with a 350 and Fitech. Drive it everywhere. The Fitech makes it as reliable as a new car.
