New to fitech, im having issues. help me not feel stupid.

4. My afr isn't adjusting at all no matter what changes i make in the handheld. Ive tried all 4 cam profiles, maxed out every setting i can find or understand with no changes. Im extremely rich from 80kpa down to idle and anything over 90kpa i instantly go lean.
4. My pro efi software will not work at all. Ive installed the driver and i get it to connect to all 3 laptops ive tried. I get my live dash gauges to display but all the cal tables are blank. When you click pull cal from ecu the program just crashes. Im able to get my datalogs to pull up but its missing half the parameters that i can see with just the excel file.
Ive spent 4 10 hour days on the dyno during this stay at home order. Just trying everything i can think of to get everything working. Ive even started from sctrach with the cal files like 6 times. No changes. It starts great, idles good but extremely rich like 9:1. Seems to operate well under 4000 rpm and 25% on the tps but no learning is occurring and no adjustments are changing any results. As far as i can tell all my settings are correct for learning and everything. With my accel pump settmaxed out i still go lean when i push it past 25% on the tps.
Im at a loss.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im really hoping someone can make me feel dumb at this point because all i can think of is try for a replacement unit.
