No data log

Hi there,
my fitech won’t datalog, in the directory there is no dashboard folder at all.
and even more it seems like it is loosing the tune every couple of days.
When i start the car she is smoking like an old Detroit diesel and vacuum shows really low. Most sensors show doesn’t show anything in the dashboard and she’s running like garbage.
The only thing that works is to load the fitech default v8-198 setting and start over again. 😭
any help, any ideas?

Make sure there is nothing inside log_file. No files, no folders.
After recording a datalog, shut key off, waiting a few seconds for the unit to completely power down, then remove handheld and take to PC.
