No start and handheld not turning on
Car was still warm when tried to start and won't fire. Handheld won't turn on. Unplugged handheld and plugged back in. Fitech logo flashes when you begin to insert the smaller connector and then nothing. Any ideas? Appreciate any help that someone can give.
Grounds or Low Battery.
If voltage gets below 11v with key on or crank the unit does not operate.
Never failed grounding. 2ga battery to block, 10ga battery to body, 10ga battery to frame.
After sitting for a few hours it started but the handheld display was white. I unplugged it and plugged it back in while the car was running and it came back on. Is this consistent with a bad ground?

Thanks. I'll have to check the voltage at the various connectors. Battery voltage is 12.4 so there may be a drop happening. I may have to redo the wiring since I bought the car with the Fitech already installed.
