OG gearhead newbie to ls/turbo/efi first drive log (running terrible)

Hi everyone, i have been working on a bucket list of hot rod to do's as of lately, and have actually got one of them semi-mobile. The car is a 2000 bmw  528i with a 2008 ls 5.3/4l60E swap. Stock bottom end with gapped rings, arp rod bolt,, main stud, and  head stud upgrade. Upgraded trunnions, pac valve springs, trend pushrods, blower head gaskets and ls9 cam. Ported 243 heads and ls1 intake port matched to heads. ebay GT45 turbocharger air to air cooled. Walbro 450 in tank pump.  First drive was very lethargic, and ran terrible. I did get a log on it, but it may as well be written in Hebrew as I do not know what to look for.  I assume there is a way to change the file to make it available on here. Any advice would be great!

Don't know anything about an LS.  What cam selection?  Go down one & see if this helps.  I'd probably contact fitech & send them your data log.

I've looked at LS log files before.  I could take a look to see if anything looks funny to me.  People customarily get a free dropbox account and upload your csv file to that, make it public, and get a share link and post it here.  Are you getting the correct fuel pressure at the fuel inlet to the fitech?

I have a gauge on it. It seems to hold steady at 58-60psi. I dont know much about the drop box thing. Tried to just upload  the file directly on here, but it said format not allowed or something.

Ok, that worked great.  Got the critical parts of your data plotted out.  First, you IACSTEPS are way off.  Need to get that set according to the instructions.  Should be at idle in the 5-20 range.  AFR looks weird, not sure what AFR pas is, but your AFR truth is not matching your set value.  According to the plot, looks like it's running way lean, on the order of 19:1.  That kind of indicates maybe a exhaust leak around your O2 sensor.

Here are a couple of logs. I am NOT a tuner! https://www.dropbox.com/s/fzfhsikrroyngnt/last%20logs.csv?dl=0  https://www.dropbox.com/s/4qbzpaxiysi688t/DashBoard57.csv?dl=0     It seems to run ok, not been much past 6#'s of boost.
