Olds 455 30005-40005

I may have posted my question in the wrong place so starting here.

I have installed a new FITECH 600 easy street and fuel system on my 66 olds. The engine is a 455 with about -9 to 10 manifold vacuum at idle. I have it set on #3 cam position. From the very beginning set up tune and following set up instructions it has had a dead bog. The car runs beautiful below 3000 RPM starts and idles very nice at around 1000 rpm. It has a dead bog on any spirited acceleration right at around 3000 RPM and it will not accelerate through it. Car wants to die if I try to. Once it settles out it will again run fine with no issues as it catches itself around 2800 rpm.  I have been on the tech line 12 times with 30 minute wait time and performed all the recommended steps from tech. The last one was to remove the MSD ignition. All through this I showed no codes or errors on hand held. It is bonded to battery positive and negative. It seems a tech asked if I had the new down loads and I don't know how to do that or if it will help. I asked a FITECH owner( tuner) to help me perform the initial tune again and we went through the whole set again. The car runs beautifully down low.

Summers are short in Alaska and running out daily. What to do?

Need a datalog.  30 second idle log at operating temperature.  Must use Dropbox to share.  Add datalog file to your Dropbox account, select 3 dots next to file, select share, then create link, copy to clipboard and paste on next post.
