Ordered new return port block off
I ordered & paid for a new return block off plug for my 30012 on the 17th. Ive given inquiries. I deleted the tracking email accidentally but that’s my fault but the emails as to when it will get here..... I never get a response back from customer service. I was missing the pro cal software also and again sent out inquiries and yet again, no answer. Not even a we’re checking on it nothing. Ive had better customer service in a lot less reputable places Than this so I thought. I guess I expected more or Ive been spoiled the last few years. Maybe sniper was the way to go? I hate to see what happens if/when I have some serious issues with my 30012. Good God man I’m getting irritated.
Interesting. I just got me a 30012 a few weeks ago. I have been picking up the parts and pieces I need to finish my install before I start. My unit is used and I didn't get several things. So I have been in contact through email and phone several times. Other than the very first time I tried to call I have had a very good experience. My first call I just didn't get a answer. The rest of my interactions have been excellent.
Just curious why are you going to a return block off plug?
I am using an Aeromotive A1000 fuel pimp and Aeromotive EFI return style regulator. I have the throttle body with 2 rear open ports ie 1 was used for the return. I need to block it off for my external regulator to work and return fuel to cell. I now seen the block off plug is not on the website anymore. I’m thinking they didn’t update it and didn’t have the part they sold or just not offering it for sale anymore . Either way I need one 😖 winter is running out and I need the parts
