possible operator error?
hello, thanks for the add to the forum group. looking forward to learning new stuff and tuning procedures.
currently have the fitech 600 unit. im having a few minor issues.
at idle it smells pretty rich. afr matches the target value. I have changed all exhaust gaskets and confirmed there is no leaks and o2 sensor is sealed.
other issue is when I go for a drive, the idle will not return to the setpoint I have selected at 850rpm. itll hover around 1187-1200 rpm. if I shut off car itll diesel back.
im currently on cam 3 setting. have cam of .480/.510. should i go to a lower cam profile? if i do do i have to totally redo the tuneup on the car?
The best place to start is to post a 30 second idle datalog at operating temperature. You must share using Dropbox. I do not have the security to allow direct attachments to the website.
