Greetings,
I'm trying to find someone to just tune a Mustang with a 409 and a FiTech system. Is there any Pro-tuners that can do this?

Where do you live?
There are dealers and some that call themselves Certified Installers, but I haven't met any that were worth a crap. This site deals with issues from "Tuner" mistakes all the time.
I can tell you, if you can tune a carburetor, you can tune a Fitech. It may be a slower process working with me online, but at least then you will know your car better....
What is the build? Is the Fitech installed and running?
