really rich at idle and bogs/sputters under load from 1500 rpm up.
Engine runs really rich at idle and when cruising at 2000 it bogs and sputters badly under full open throttle.
Something has to be wrong. Here is log link. Austin you looked at this before. I have been working so much the last 5 mos I am just now picking this back up.
I set the learn settings to 1 and sometimes I see "31" when I thought the options were 0 and 1

Why did you turn your learn off? Stop driving it and get your idle mixture correct. Willing to bet there is fresh air getting to the O2 sensor. This a lean reading and the ecu richen, when it needed no enrichment.
