All right guys I got one that is killing me I did a swap in a Chevelle originally did a 5.3 with a cam but we new we were going to do something bigger in the future so I used the 750 ultimate kit. No problems the little motor ran great considering everything from the efi to the exhaust was to big for it .

So swooped in a LSX454 had to reload the software to get it to start but got it up and running drove it 5 time on some short around the block trips no problem data log looked good.

Started it to check things over and started running rough checked the data log pass side fuel trim just climbs positive.  Drivers side fuel trim is normal. O2's look good within a few tenths of target afr. But its dumping fuel in the pass bank.

I also have a cam sensor code that I can't get ride of.  But it starts great.

Here is my diagnosis steps so for,
Check all pass injector, coil circuits to ecm. Check all power and grounds.

Check for exhaust leaks

Checked all cam sensor circuits, power and ground, installed new delco cam sensor.

Checked all ecm power and grounds

Changed spark plugs

Swooped O2 side to side

Checked fuel pressure ok

Reloaded software with fitech tech support, sent data logs and went over the with Fitech.

I can only run it a few seconds before it loads up pass bank.

Being that it is only 1 bank I'm getting to a loss of things to check mechanically and other then a software issue there is not a lot I know of to change for an individual bank.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

When your swapped o2 sensors, the passenger side still climbs?

Same thing no change.

 

I checked the pass bank header gasket and I did not see any signs of a leak. Installed a new gasket anyway but haven't had a chance to run it sense. But I don't think it will change anything sense I did not see any leaks.
