Same bogging issues amd was trying to fix it with slowing down afr corrections.  I ended up taking 22% across the board out of the Cam 1 fuel tables.  This stopped it from swinging pig rich.  Actually went back and speed up the afr loop and allowed it to have more fuel trim up again.

 

Also had to add dtps gain and gain max back in.  It brought it back to life and made it run great.  Have more tuning and tweaking to do then I'll pull a log file of idle cruise and WOT.  It runs much better.

 

The issue is definitely caused by my nearly 2 foot long runners and the delay of fuel getting to the cylinder.  No getting around the runner length on this motor.
