Stop in voltage during crank

Fitech 30003 on a 1973 ford bronco with a new sbf 302, new painless kit, new battery, new starter.

I’ve been having issues over the past few weeks getting the rig to start. If pour gas on top of the initial squirt and crank long enough, the rig will start.

Talking to fitech support, I have a ground, battery, or starter problem. I replaced the later two and chased out points of connectivity today. I used a trigger off of solenoid and not key ignition for all cranking tests.

Voltage checks

Battery - 12.22v while cranking 10.98v

Battery to frame ground - 12.2v while cranking 10.8v

Frame ground to body ground - 12.2v while cranking 10.8v

Battery to solenoid - 12.22v while cranking 10.86v

Solenoid to starter - while cranking 10.5v

Starter - while cranking 10.3v

Fitech to engine - 12.2v while cranking 10.8v

Key wire on fitech 12.2 before connector. While cranking 10.7.

Key wire on fitech 12.2 after connector. While cranking 10.7

Ground on the ecu. 12.2v. While cranking 10.8. No fluctuations.

Through all tests - Fitech handheld display shows 12.2 while cranking still shows drop to 10.5v then drops to 4-5v and then back up to 10.5

possible ecu internal issue?

Spoke to fitech tech support. Possible bad ecu. They want to rma and warranty it.
