T56 VSS not reasing right

I have the ls ultimate 70050 on a s475 turbod 6.0 ls. The issue I am having right now is the speed does not seem correct coming from the t56 vss to the ECU. I have selected t56 as the trans, is there settings elsewhere I need to change?

I have got to get my hands on one of these. I am starting to get questions and no experience. Hopefully one of the members can help.
