Tach Setting Basic Questions

Hey All,
I am running a 70050 setup on my LS Swap into my 95 BMW.
Cars running well and I am now trying to tackle Tach output.
The ECU came set to the 4 Cyl GM Mode. And this read ont eh tach at about half(Engine speed was 1200 tach read 600)
My Question is this. What is the Chevy setting? It seems like I just need to take what ever tooth spacing that had and divide it by 2.
Fwiw the BMW trigger setup was a 60-2 setting and that is what I'm trying to output to the tach.

So I figured out the correct setting for my car at least and likely many BMWs. Tooth spacing should be set to 6 or 7(7 in my case was closer when though 6 should be the correct setting) and a tooth gap of 3.
