Once its started runs ok initial timing set at 12 degrees on hand held,  12 degrees at the crank, 36 degrees wot on hand held and not locked out on hand held, rotor phasing and timing has been done a 2000 rpm matching the hand held.

Hand held displays 1800 rpm at an 800 rpm idle .

My issue is kick back on the starter while cranking (of course) and  advances to only 30 degrees at 4000rpm .

What settings do I change to correct the kick back and accomplish an wot 36 degrees
