tpi stand alone 38351
I installed the tpi stand alone in my 88 trans am.an im not gettng any spark an no injector pulse. have checked all the grounds all the plugs.i have 9.4v at the injector plugs.if go an install my ignition box i will get spark but no injector pulse..

found the problem i had a bad distributor car runs
i get a iac default code an car will not run for more then 15 sec then take multiple key cycles before starting an dyeing again changed out the iac with the same results
IAC code does not mean the piece is bad. This ECU is sensitive to grounding, which usually trips an IAC code.
Not starting consistently can be low voltage. Watch you battery voltage on handheld while cranking. Anything under 11 while cranking can be problematic.
Battery volts are fine 12.2 cranking I have a jump box to help if I need it.checked ground from the ecm to the heads an it reads 0.02 fuel pressure never drops have a steady 40/45. Plenty of battery power good grounds.at lost honestly.
Does it stay running if you keep your foot on the throttle?
No doesn’t run long enough.I have a ignition box in the car I removed it.to see if it was part of my problem.an now I have no spark to the spark plug wires have spark at the coil to the cap.
