(tune and logs included) Rich spike on throttle and back firing somewhat randomly while cruising

Hey everyone,
I am relatively new to tuning and been fiddling with my car for the past 2 or 3 months. I was starting to get a grasp on things but still seem to be struggling with it. The main issues are its running too rich and seems to have a spike that is then leaned out with a -30% afr adjustment. It also recently started backfiring somewhat randomly. Does it at idle and while casually driving.
I'm a bit stumped with it and included my tune (backup 4) and 2 recent driving logs. Would you mind taking a look?
