Tuning on Ultimate LS kit

What are the main things to focus on when trying to tune? On initial start up the engine stayed on. However after adjusting the Throttle screw it won't stay on. I've moved it in and out and can't get it back to how it was at initial start up.

Is this the same car on the Users group that was running open headers?
