Couple Problems.
Quote from Jeremy on August 14, 2019, 3:43 pmHello all. This is my the first dive into an LS swap and don't have much experience in the tuning portion of it. So hoping for a little information and help with some issues. We will be running a data log today and see if that can help us out some what.
It's been having a couple issues I'll do my best to describe them.
Setup 2001 5.3 from a Silverado with the 4L60E transmission. Cam is from the 6.0LS
First problem was an O2 sensor issue which ended up being a problem in the harness which was figured out and fixed so no fault codes for that now.
Second one when you are just cruising down the road it feel like it is looping at cruising speed then when you punch it it bogs down and then will take off. Thinking maybe an over fueling issue. Going to run the data logger and see if that helps narrow it down.
Third when your at WOT in 4th gear it will go to 4500 rpm at 60 to 70 guessing at speed just got the speedometer hooked up then feels like it hit a govenor and will not let it go any further. Not sure if this could be transmission settings or not.
