Ultimate ls fan 1 wire
The system has two fan wires, green is number one, blue is number 2.
When the engine reaches a set temperature, fan one is called for. If the engine gets hotter, fan two is called for.
The green & blue wires are grounded by the ECM when a fan is called to come on.
You need to run the fan wires to one side of the coil in a relay with ignition (key on) power to the other side of the coil. When a fan is called for, the fan wire is grounded which closes the relay.
One of the contacts of the relay needs to be powered from a 20 amp fused feed and the other contact feeds the fan. Of course, the fan needs to be grounded.
You’d need a second identical setup of relay and fan if you have two fans.
Each fan will come on by itself at full speed.
If you have two fans, you can use the F-Body control which powers both fans at half speed for low and full speed for high. You’d need three relays.
