Ultimate LS issues

I have an LS6 with an 4L60E running on an Ultimate LS system.
I only have 125 miles on the system and have had several issues. Starting issue which went away with replacement of IAC sensor. Shifting issues that were corrected by adjusting VSS.
Currently having issues with shuttering on acceleration and rough idle. Possible Tourque converter lock up issues?
I am attaching a current data log.
I am extremely green at this and appreciate any input.

No log attached.
I would try more accelerator pump fuel.
What cam do you have chosen?
