Using FCC 2 as a return system
Quote from talladega on May 28, 2019, 3:10 amWhat is the difference between the FCC 2 vent and a return and can the vent be modified to be used as a return similarly to the way some individuals did on the original FCC?
Thanks

Quote from VintageSpeed on May 29, 2019, 5:31 amFCC2 is just a surge tank with pressure gauge. The vent line is open and delivers "overflow" fuel back to fuel tank. You can make it into a full return system if you add one port to it like in surge tanks. You need to drill extra hole on it and add AN fitting there.

"The FCC2 does not have a vent port, there are 3 ports, a feed from your low pressure pump, a high pressure out(red fitting) and a return to your fuel tank. Your fuel tank should be doing the venting for the fuel system."
