I recently got a new ECU (30003 400HP). I never had an issue with the truck starting and warming up in the cold (0 degF or colder) with the old original ECU (4 years old). The old unit would have a fast idle speed in the cold and the new unit will not do that and tries to idle at 600 RPM. Once warm it runs perfectly. I need more idle speed in the cold. I can't seem to find what dictates idle speed during warm-up in these cold temps.

I need some quick help, It's COLD. Thanks in advance!
