I was having some random weird issues with my Fitech setup and was chasing problems that did not add up.
I finally pulled the ecu connector and found the following.
Seems that the previous owner (i purchased this as an unfinished project) had a heater core leak and he cleaned the outside of the unit but did not split the connectors. After liberal electronics cleaner I put dielectric grease in the connector to help protect from this in the future. Hopefully this helps someone else.
