Is the noise the airflow going through the throttle plates? If so I would summize the throttle plates need to be larger for the engine. The air pump(engine ) is too large for the throttle plates.

I think it's the injectors.  I like the sound of it dumping fuel in the throttle body.  😀  It's a little different than the sound you can't hear in a non-throttle body injector.
