3003 flooded engine.

Update 2. inj. showed up one day early but before replacing it I gave the presser in the tank thing a try.

put 2 psi to the fcc tank and the inj. started leaking.

Venting is a good thing. If you run the vent line like a return line from the fcc to the real fuel tank and the line fills with gas

it will not vent...if your real fuel tank has no vent there can be problems.

The new inj.is a lot different than the old one.

The new one is not leaking. That is the best difference.

Many have had no problems me no so much.

1. injector

2. burned wiring at the 4 pin connecter.

3.pinched o ring on one injector on day one.

4. 2 burned out mother boards.

5. 2 bad hand helds

6. Throttle arm install poorly. The 2 lock washer thing.Half inch play.

7. TPS hanging below the body where thy just left one screw out and did not tighter the other.

8. fcc starving for fuel.

9. IAS broke off.

10.Distributer interferes

11. lost for 6 mouths in California.

12. 4 mouths in sunny California doing I don't know what.

13.Improperly installed MAP sensor tube..

All I can remember......Not giving up.....They have yet to charge me anything...

Where did you buy your system from? Almost sounds like you got a system that had been returned from another customer.
