That bothers me that you have 77 psi at the fitech fuel inlet port, not sure what that would do to the injectors.  They operate at max 58 psi.  The internal regulator should be returning enough fuel back to the tank to keep the inlet pressure down to at least 58 psi.  If the return line is free, I would either replace the fitech internal pressure regulator, or put in your own external regulator like I did.  Mine was reading 90 psi, until I put in my own external regulator.
