Idle is higher than desired

Did a Smoke Leak Test.... looks like the bushing under the throttle spring is leaking.

Hi there - hope you're still around here! I have high idle problem and can't find any vacuum leak using normal means. You did a smoke leak test. I've found out how to make a homemade smoker but was wondering where you put the smoke in. Using a rubber glove over the throttle body maybe? thanks. Neil, New Zealand
