Idle surge!
Okay, so I’ve had the 400hp unit on the car for a while now. Drives great, idles great. I’m drive, but once I put it in gear it will surge real bad and eventually die. I don’t have a vacuum leak. Did a smoke test, iac is around 11 when it’s not surging. Here’s the log, starts off with me in gear, then go into park. Spikes up to 1100 rpm. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. Could this be a leaking o2? I still have it hose clamped. Not welded

That is better thank you. So did this issue just start or has it always been this way? What is your cam setting? I think the setting should be 1.
It has always been like this. But not as bad. I kind of think it’s a fuel issue, so I’m going to install an external regulator to bump up my psi. Or it may be my o2 leaking? I don’t know. It’s just really annoying. My cam setting is 1. Should I up my afr? Right now it’s at 13.6
Do you know your fuel pressure? Those units are designed to run 44psi.
Your AFR is fine for now. Not the issue. Pull the plugs. See if they tell you anything.
plugs look normal, and my fuel pressure is at about 40, sometimes 35. It’s getting fixed today though. Hope that’s the problem
What is your PWM set at? Are you running your Orange wire directly to the pump?
