I’m at about 52 psi now. I have the 400 hp kit. I do have a full exaust I think I got my iac sorted. But it still fluctuates then it’ll try and stumble. Eventually stall.

The fuel pressure will be fine.  Make sure you don't have an exhaust leak.  Unplug your O2 sensor and see if it continues to surge.
