injector issue mid rpm to wot need help please!

Hi, im looking for help with my unit... any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok, in a nut shell... SBC 327 4 speed is what I'm working with... I've had this 30004 unit now over a year and cant seem to get it to run proper or driveable... read many forums/posts, played with setting and resets hand over fist. the issue is the car starts great cold, ides good till warm up and drops idle as it should. in the garage under no load it'll rev up to WOT and about 3000 rpm the unit stops giving it fuel through the injectors and just bogs and starves... ( looking down the throttle body you can see the gas stop being injected)  if i let off before it dies it'll recover fine and resume idle and run fine? now, driving the car under normal load i try to take off and rev enough to shift gears and it just cuts off the same basically making the car non drivable... no gas?  now, I've tried obvious setting pump/accel pump adjustments etc. i run timing control, its fine. fuel pressure at regulator is 100 PSI through the whole WOT hit. I've replaced the regulator, I've changed the pwm setting on low mid and high to 100 as per fitech recommendation's. I've even tried replacing the hand controller to the new style with the updated software...nothing!? can someone please have a look ill try load a log file. thank you

What is your rev limiter set to?

rev limiter is set to 8000 rpms...

8000 seems way to high for a 327 engine. I have mine set to 5500. My advice, send whole unit to FiTech and let them look at it and repair it. Better than trying to replace this and that and get no where. They have test engine they can install it on and put it threw it's paces.

I looked at your log files and your fitech is going lean and rich and you are getting a error code 105 , which is a error for the O2 sensor. Did you install the sensor at a angle? Check for exhaust leaks as this can cause issues with O2 sensor values. Check the pins of the connector of the O2 sensor and the corresponding connector on the Fitech. Or try a new  O2 sensor. It kind of all makes sense you are having issues when warmed up as that is when the values of the O2 sensor with effect what the ECU does based on O2 readings.

Also one last thing, check the MAP sensor seal to make sure it is not deformed as this is a common issue and I see in your logs files MAP hits high values. You need to trim the MAP seal or replace it and to do so you need to unscrew the ECU. There is  a post about this. Here it is below.

Hi Sodapop, thank you for your reply.  I set the rev limit to that value to make sure it would get  fuel over the 3000 rpm issue. I can definitely turn it down. The o2 sensor was placed at an downward angle during installation also. As for the 105 code, fitech "joe" explains it is nothing to worry about apparently...it's common. how ever I think your right, replacing the o2 sensor and checking the MAP seal is a good start, I haven't done that yet... then sending the whole unit back for a test would be a great idea! Thank you ill give it a try!

Check the MAP seal first. As I look at your log files when you get to the 2900+ rpm range, your MAP values seem high and your car goes lean.
