Just off idle stutter, throttle barely open (SOLVED)

Here's another way to test for leaks.

Quote from smoove on March 19, 2020, 7:13 pmThe drivers side O2 sensor has a small leak around it. There is also a leak where the 2 headers come together downstream of the Sensor about middle of my driveshaft.
are these leaks enough to throw it off?

Quote from bdhulderman on March 19, 2020, 8:04 pmFor sure the one at the O2 sensor, the other probably not. Good find. It's hard for me to tell what the angle of the O2 sensor is in relation to your pipe. The wire needs to be pointing up and no more than about 45 deg from the top, right or left. That's to keep condensation in the pipe from getting on the sensor.

Quote from bdhulderman on March 19, 2020, 9:08 pmok, long as the wire is pointing up it should be ok. Fix the leak and see what happens. You may want to clean your plugs after and even replace O2 sensor, because you were getting some fault code that looked like faulty O2, wouldn't hurt, especially if it has black residue on it which will make it read funny.

So here is today's data log. I don't know why they aren't separate but I separated them with titles. The 1st is idling start/stop, then 2nd is 67mph hunting rpm issue and 3rd about 75% TPS run through the gears.
I installed a brand new O2 sensor, leak checked and it had no bubbles. Ran it and could tell no difference in hesitation off idle. My hunting issue at cruise had no change either. My handheld does show it is set up for only 1 sensor.
As always, appreciate you looking at this. I belong to 4 Fitech forums and you are by far the only constructive participant in my issue.
The old sensor didn't look bad IMO, but its only been ran about 2 months.

Quote from bdhulderman on March 21, 2020, 8:26 amOk, here are the clues to the off idle issues you are having.
For some reason, your injectors are not increasing fuel delivery at just off idle, causing the AFR to spike lean. You also have fault 136 that I can't find online, or in the provided fault codes on this forum.
