Not sure about fuel pressure yet, the gauge I ordered looked like a chinese knock off so I sent it back, new one should be here soon.

I'm using an Aeromotive 340 intank pump with two inline filters and hoping the Fitech keeps it at 58psi.

You may have too much pressure.  I run 340 aeromotives and must turn the PWM down to about 50% on gas and 60% on e85.  Ironically I have had good luck with the Fitech $10 gauge.  Drill and tap one of the fuel rail caps.  Doesn't work with drop base air cleaners though.

Nice idea with the fuel rail caps.

Took it for a 20 mile run and spent most of the time at at 3000 rpm 60mph, forgot to do a log at that time but this was done on the way back in traffic, did notice that it had a smoother idle back on the drive.

Anything stand out here

It is still learning a fair bit, but everything else looks good.  May want to try cam setting 3.  Log again.

Went for another drive and logged it, this was at 60+mph.

Will reset cam to 3 and drive later this week.

From what I have read 100 miles would seem to be about what the system needs to find it's setup, would you agree?

The system is constantly learning.  Yes, it will do most of it's learning in the first few drives.  We still need to verify fuel pressure and adjust other parameters.  Glad you are having good running conditions so far.  Be patient, it gets easier from here.

Very happy with the progress so far, figured it would take a couple of months before it settles and then move on to fine tuning it.

Starting to understand the value of the data logs, changing numbers here and there and seeing the effect it has with the log makes it more understandable for myself.

Will update in a few days, thanks for your help.

Ok, cam is now on 3 and fuel pressure is at 53, took out one of my filters but it was still 53

Went for a 20 mile run and logged this..

Looks like the engine liked cam setting 4 better.  But, before you make any changes, let's look into this fuel pressure.  When the engine is running, try revving it up and watch fuel pressure.  If it drops you have a delivery problem or a restriction.  Fuel pressure should never drop.

I checked the PWM and that's at 74, put it to 84 and no changed, removed one filter still 74, will try it with both filters removed and see, the only other things I can think of would be the 90 degree bends at the tank end (2) or a faulty pump.

Still getting my head around all the numbers, what tells you it likes cam setting 4 better?
