Will your engine idle? When a engine has this low of vacuum, it is best to tune idle from the plugs. Should tune to the plugs on any combination actually.
You have a code 76, fan 2 open. Is the fan 2 wire hooked up? Did you disable fan 2?
Btw. A lot of information has been added in Members Section. Handheld Definitions and Trouble Codes topics are there for your learning pleasure.😁

Quote from 69_R-Code on February 11, 2019, 5:50 pmAustin, Starts and idles fine. Just seems to be running pig rich at cruise. Fuel mileage has went waaaay down as well. I see AFR at 10.4, during cruise, thus I thought the O2 sensor may be going bad. Plugs are pretty black.
I'm a business owner and part-time car enthusiast. Don't have the time to deep dive into fuel injection tuning philosophy. Guess I'm saying I don't know which specific parameters I'm supposed to be adjusting. I suppose there is some parameter to lean out AFR or do I change Target AFR for cruise. Reading my 1st datalog - AFR seems to lean back out under full throttle. Is that what you are seeing?
Obviously you are a FiTech and general fuel injection expert. Really admire your drive to start this website and help FiTech owners. Still trying to understand your relationship with FiTech. Are you one of their certified tech centers? If so can I pay for a consultation/tech support call as I'm happy to pay for your expertise.

Fans: I've got dual electric fans wired together. Likely getting the "76" as I don't have 2nd fan wired up. I'll turn it off.

Here is what I need. A 30 second idle datalog at operating temperature. Need to start with the basics first.
