025 sensor
Quote from Deleted user on March 15, 2019, 11:05 pmI don't run relays. As long as your pump doesn't draw more than 15 amps, run it directly off the Orange wire.
Fitech is correct. I would get a 100psi fuel gauge so you can see what the fuel system is doing. Should stay at 58psi.
Are you running a return line? You should if not.
The system is doing its job. Something is giving it bad signals. I would still like to see a 800rpm target idle and get the IAC steps around 15.
I know you are probably losing patience, but we will get this right.

Unplugging the O2 sensor was the first thing I did, right before I replaced it.
Neither made any difference.
I have put the carb back on because I need to use it full time next week.
I will revisit this when I get back from Beach Hop.
Thanks Mark

The Fitech tech help line insist it is either an exhaust leak or a fuel pressure issue.
I have just had a new exhaust system fitted from the manifold.
I haven't put the Fitech back on yet and will update in a few weeks.
Thanks ark.
