Came across this last night.  With us swapping to an in tank pump and a C5 return filter.  Do I need to change this setting to 100 on mine?  I had the FiTech command center and removed it so I would assume the settings need to be changed?

thanks

As you probably know, PWM only works if you run the pump directly off the Orange wire.  To set PWM you need a fuel pressure gauge at the unit.  Reduce the value until fuel pressure drops then increase by say 10.  This will slow your pump and increase the life.  Every setup will be different.  Running it too high doesn't create running issues, unless the pump over does the regulator and over pressures the system.

Many have done the corvette filter/regulator.  I have been weary in hot climates.  I like my fuel circulating through the unit to keep the fuel cooler.  If a multi port system then this is not so much an issue, such is why GM went this route.

Ok, I’ve noticed over the last week or so that when cold started, the handheld says target rpm, 1040 or so, and when it fires off it idles at 780-820 around the Target warm rpm....  if it runs for a while 1-2 minutes and shut it off and start it again it try’s to find its way to the higher rpm but takes a while.  Any ideas?

Thanks

Datalog.  May be an afterstart fuel adjustment.

Hopefully I datalogged the correct file.  Let me know.  Thanks

Link worked.  Next time go to your dashboard and push the toggle.  It will datalog on.  When done push again, datalog off.  This will log all the data available.  This one doesn't show me much.  Was there an issue you had during this log that I need to see?

No, I thought the Idle control would have the after-start fuel in it.  I'll go snag us a dashboard one.

Thanks

Ok, lets try this.  Of course it is idling higher and almost where it needs to be now that I have started it a few times today.  When it sits all night, even after letting the fuel pump prime, it takes a good 3.4 seconds to start.  I started playing with the cranking fuel by taking some out but then it got to where it wouldn't start so I went back to 0 and its better.  When its first started after sitting all night is when it will not idle higher than 800 ish.

So you are working on cold start.  Add fuel to cranking.
