Trouble getting final set up right.
Ok - Nice idea! Simple and cheap.
What can I expect when I take that plug out? I'll have all power off but will there be much / any fuel or pressure remaining?
Looks like there's a gasket / washer there - anything else I should watch out for?

May be a little pressure. Suggest breaking the feed line loose first. There is a nylon gasket. You can re-use. Pretty straight forward.

Made DFCO change and test drive was better. Still hesitates and surges with lots of pops coasting down hill. On second drive had a struggle to get up a hills plus stalled (only once) in my driveway after return on 2nd drive. Had one large back fire about 1/2 way through first drive.
It's still struggling but that change seemed to help. I've added the 2 logs to Dropbox file (Dashboard 6 and 7).
Handheld temp going up for no known reason and then back down as before - don't get that one.

The new logs after adjusting DFCO are DashBoard6.csv and DashBoard7.csv
Are these showing up in the file folder?
Do we know fuel pressure yet?
Arriving later today.
Fuel gauge is in and working. When I first started up at idle went to near 80psi and was unstable. Backed off the - PWM Low flow - to 55.3% and dropped to about 55 -60 psi and was stable.
Set idle at 1200 rpm hoping to set mid or high flow but not sure where dividing points are. Can't find in manuals so far. What should I set mid and high flow to or do you know what RPM is needed to set while running?
Any suggestions for other settings on pump control?
