Here is a link to today's log. Set to cam #2 and reset learn. Cold start the idle was 800-900 until about 140 degrees, then it increased to what you see in the log. That is what is has been doing though. Only difference in the way it ran was that when I blipped the throttle the idle came down and almost died before going back to the high idle state. You will see that in the log. I did it again later and it did die.

Quote from Deleted user on April 19, 2019, 6:40 pmLook at your fuel learn. It is maxed out to the negative. This means it is trying to pull fuel from the tune and can't pull anymore. So the system may be adding IAC to get the airflow to keep the AFR correct.
Hold a camera over the throttle body and record while running. I wonder if you have an injector hung open. Normally it would throw a code, but this has me confused. Also, what is your fuel pressure? You are running a return line, correct?

Quote from ray230 on April 19, 2019, 9:29 pmI just checked and I was wrong on the black wire. I do not have the Fitech black wire connected to anything. That was another ground that I had run in the same loom.
Yes I am running a 3/8 return. I don't know how accurate the gauge is, but when it pressures up to start it is close to 60 lb. I looked a couple of times today while idling and it was showing only about 45 lb.
I have more pump than I need but the Fitech regulator should manage that. Tanks Inc. GPA-6 High Performance Fuel Pump Module - 400 Liters Per Hour (Walbro)

I think I am going to send a couple of log files to Fitech to see if they have any ideas. I may end up using that RMA yet.
