stumbling and die

Next time it runs bad, datalog and I can show you what to look for.

It will be a little while before I get the fitech put back on the truck. I have some car shows coming up this weekend and next that I am going to so i put the carb back on so it will run long enough to get me to them and back. When they are done i will be switching back over and trying again to get the system to run correctly. I will get a data log at that time.

So i got the Fitech put back on the truck, went to start it up yesterday and the system would not read any information when cranking on the handheld. tried to hook up to the laptop and nothing. Called Fitech and they gave sme some things to try like changing the SD card and seeing if the computer would read the handheld then. So i did and it worked. the guy then told me i could have a bad SD card and that it could be missing some of the information needed to run the system correctly. (they are sending me a new card) for the time being I am using a small card that I had from an old cell phone. got a log from the truck running today everything seems to be going good right now. going to go for a drive and see how that goes. this is the log from idle above 170F how does all this look and what all am i looking at?

thanks

That is one of the best datalogs I have seen in a long time.

/well I am gonna take it for a drive and see what it does. I am hoping everything stays good. The one thing i am not sure of is it seems to come back to an idle very slow. Is this something I can tune out? I would like it to come back to idle more like a carb motor. iif that makes sense.

Put some miles on it.  Let it learn.  We can tune that out.

Sorry, increase the value on IAC loop down.

Wow.  Those Trim % and Trim Learns are awesome.  You must have the same engine combo that FiTech used to make the base tunes.  Lol.

so I went out to drive the truck and it would not read the tach signal but the on dash tach was reading. pulled the fiteech nd stuck the carb back on and the truck would not run. come to find out the inside f the fuel tank was crap. it plugged the sock in the tank up and would not run. i am still waiting on the new chip from fitech then going to go back to the system. all this time i have been saying the system is not tuning and reading everything that it says it should and everything could be linked to not getting fuel from the tank to the fitech system. we will see.

Thanks for all the help so far. when i get the new chip we will see how everything goes .

anyone have any idea what the standard shipping time frame is on getting something from Fitech? it has been over a week i would like to think even the USPS could get something mailed in that time frame.

thanks
